When I was in third-year electrical I had what I thought was the worst instructor ever. Anytime any of us had a question we would go up to his desk, ask the question and then wait for the inevitable response:

While this man was perhaps extreme, I have found that there seems to be a real lack of teachers who care about their students.

When I started teaching I vowed I would never take this route. It is my goal to make sure that electrical theory is made easy to understand because I truly believe that it can be.
